‘La Dolce Vita’ cafe in Rome Seized As Suspected 'Ndrangheta Money Laundering Front

Citing its alleged use as a money laundering front by the 'Ndrangheta, Italian police seize Rome's Cafe de Paris. The Cafe'de Paris played a prominent role in Federico Fellini's La Dolce Vita.

Reportedly, the 'Ndrangheta has been purchasing a string of restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, bars and supermarkets in Rome's historic center to serve as fronts for money laundering.
